01 general terms

 

Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any inquiry for any reason.

02 payment

 

The currency accepted is either USD($), Euro (€), Swedish Kronor (SEK), or Icelandic krona (ISK). It can be paid through PayPal or any Swedish or Icelandic payment service such as MobilePay or bank transfer. 
 

Services can be paid either 100% before delivery or split with the agreed percentage paid upfront and the rest upon an agreed time.
 

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a timeslot and requested you to send me the payment though an invoice.

03 Process & delivery

 

The time it takes to finish your inquiry, can vary from 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece or inquiry, other work, health, and seasons.
 

Once the work is finished, you will receive a custom-made package containing all the files you need. Note that there is no physical product. However, If you have commissioned an illustration can help you get your piece print-ready.

04 revisions for illustrations

 

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. These revisions are made during the sketch step, and during the making of the final design. After the final design is agreed, no more changes will be added to that design.
 

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

05 copyright & usage for logo, brand, and visual design

 

I, Sanna Nordahl (the designer):
 

• I will NOT claim the Copyright of the design.
   

• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the design.
   

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, on my instagram or other social media, as well as in publications such as design books.

You (the customer/commissioner):
 

• You retain copyrights to the design.
   

• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
   

• You may use the assets and de designs however you like, with the guidelines in mind.

06 copyright & usage for commissioned illustrations

 

I, Sanna Nordahl (the artist):
 

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
   

• I retain all copyrights over commissioned illustrations.
   

• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned illustration.
   

• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned illustration.
   

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, on my instagram or other social media, as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

​

• You may upload the commissioned illustration on any website and social channels.
   

• You may use the commissioned illustration for marketing purposes, worldwide
   

• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned illustration itself (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, etc.)
   

• You may NOT alter the commissioned illustration without my (the artist's) consent.
   

• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
   

• You retain commercial rights to the commissioned illustration.

07 cancellation & refund policy

 

You are not allowed a refund once I start working on your inquiry.

 

If I am unable to start your inquiry for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

 

If you cancel your inquiry before I start it, you can get a full refund.

 

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
